Summer Tour 2009

This will be a special production to mark our tenth anniversary year. The opera has yet to be decided on, but our venues will include some remote places, enabling people to experience live opera, an opportunity they may not otherwise be able to enjoy. Children too will benefit from the music education work linked to the tour. We would welcome sponsorship to meet the initial production costs (scenery, props and costumes, plus rehearsal expenses), as well as transportation and travel costs.

The Marriage of Figaro*

Heart of Darkness

This new chamber opera, written by talented British composer, Tarik O’Regan, is based on the famous Joseph Conrad story of the same name. It has already been the subject of three successful workshop performances in New York. We are currently seeking sponsors to meet the production costs of the UK and European première which will be given by OEP in 2009/10.
