Reviews of recent productionsWe received excellent reviews for our two new productions last year.Our revival of the 18th century Inkle and Yarico was described in Opera magazine as, “ … a spirited operatic resurrection …” with,” … confident and stylish direction …”. Our 2007 summer tour production of The Rake’s Progress was also critically acclaimed by Opera which described Gooch as, “a Stravinsky interpreter of real insight.” The same reviewer, writing in The Guardian, gave the production four stars.
